The official name is Over Coat, Parka, commonly known as the M1945 type, but compared to the later M1947 type, it has an integrated hood lining.
It lacks the sportiness of later fishtail parkas and features a beautiful tailored pattern.
The alpaca wool lining can be removed with snap buttons, providing excellent heat retention.
The S size is a comfortable fit. The zipper is a bell-shaped CONMAR with a U-shaped closure.
The waist belt is missing.
