[ALVISTA] 7th issue Vol 1. 2025SS Trousers based on an item that is thought to have been tailor-made in the 1950s. A piped stem silhouette that falls straight from the hips to the hem. A gusset is placed in the crotch area to eliminate the difficulty of moving the legs up and down, which is common with thick pants, and this gusset creates a three-dimensional effect at the crotch, creating a clean line without any bulk even with a deep crotch. The belt loops at the waist are made using a tunnel using tucks/darts, which is time-consuming to create a clean look around the waist, and the appearance when the belt is passed through is unique and beautiful. The back of the waist and the bag cloth are made of light moleskin made of cotton and linen with a nice texture. With the image as the main axis, we cut the front end and changed and added small details to reduce the oriental atmosphere and reconstruct it as a modern wear. The waist belt uses an original rope belt with an element of fringe decoration, which is often seen in the folk costumes of the Dao tribe, inspired by the rope that European monks wrap around their waists.
