This is an official T-shirt from Sun Studio, a music studio in Memphis, Tennessee, from around the 1990s.
The iconic Sun Studio circle logo, inscribed with the words BIRTHPLACE OF ROCK N ROLL, is placed on the left chest of the front.
On the back is an oversized print of a historical photograph of the legendary unit The Million Dollar Quartet, formed by four rock and roll legends (Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins) who miraculously gathered in this studio on December 4, 1956.
Based on a black body that has aged beautifully to a perfect charcoal black, softened and worn over many years, the rip on the right sleeve, pinholes in various places, and wear and repair marks on the cuffs and hem give it the superb look that only a vintage garment can offer.
An XL size with a comfortably loose and relaxed silhouette.
