Around the late 1950s Vintage [American Optical] round glasses. The worlds oldest eyeglass maker, commonly known as AO, is a historic brand that laid the foundation for eyeglasses. Compared to those from the 1960s and 1970s, the frame itself has a rounder and more profound feeling. A clear and beautiful yellow clear frame. The actual size of the temple looks small, but because the wire is soft, it can be easily extended to 6 3/4 (17 cm) notation. There is a bulge on the side for attaching the windshield. We have replaced it with a new dark gray lens that has been maintained at the eyeglass store. Because it is a vintage item, there are threads and scratches.
