Around the 1950s Vintage [American Optical] glasses. The worlds oldest eyeglass maker, modern fashion frames are not produced and are very popular. The model Sir-Mont is a blow line design with a cell only on the upper part, which was planned by each manufacturer as an explosive hit by Ronsir developed by Shuron in 1947. It is said that the name of Thurmont comes from the fact that the American military Mont officer entrusted AO with the desire to give dignity with thin eyebrows at that time. It is also famous for being always worn by Malcolm X, who liked this birds feather-like hinge. This is a precious piece from that time, with a red-brown frame and gold-plated gold specifications, giving it an elegant and dignified appearance. We have newly added a clear UV lens. Appraised at a spectacle store, maintained, and the temple (or rope) can be adjusted in size for bending. (At your local optician) We have scrutinized the condition, but since it is a vintage item, there are threads and scratches. Please purchase after understanding the characteristics of vintage and antique. All of our eyeglasses are maintained and lens replaced at the optician g room in Ebisu, Tokyo.
