Vintage [TITMUS] glasses around the 1960s. TITMUS Optical is a long-established manufacturer that started producing optical lenses in 1908 and expanded its business including sunglasses and safety frames in the 1950s and is inherited even today. Safety eyeglasses used in factories at that time are popular reasons including sampling in recent years, such as their old feeling and the simplicity of the Wellington type because of their industrial design. In addition, the design of the hinge called UFO hinge peculiar to TITMUS and the silhouette with a corner that characterizes the keyhole bridge are also important points. This is probably an old type that can be fixed to the ear where the temple has a wire end. A valuable black frame in the safety that the grayish clear closes the share. * Small cracks on the left temple hinge. We have newly added a light blue color UV lens. Appraised at a spectacle store, maintained, and the temple (or rope) can be adjusted in size for bending. (At a spectacle store near you) We have scrutinized the condition, but since it is a vintage item, there are threads and scratches.
