Probably a signet ring from the 1930s. The simple oval top with a big pinky ring has a minimalist taste, and the Art Deco work is also casually nice. 10Kt gold engraved by Ostby Barton, an American jeweler founded at the end of the 19th century. After the founder died on the Titanic, he continued to make jewelry until the 1950s, but it is a popular manufacturer among the high quality vintage jewelry.
