Vintage [Tart Optical Enterprises Inc.] glasses from the 1960s. Tart Optical was founded in 1948 in New York, and after gaining popularity by taking advantage of the cell frame fashion that began at that time, it has survived for only about half a century, so it is a sophisticated frame that has a small number of balls in the vintage market and can be said to be an eternal classic.
