1940s vintage [American Optical] glasses. A full-view type Boston round frame with temples on the top, which was developed in the automobile society. Model Sampson is a robust type with a reinforced bridge. The finished Boston round frame has a minimalist silhouette that can be called an eternal classic. 12Kt- Yellow Gold gold-plated. Newly installed light green UV lenses. It has been appraised and maintained by an optician, and the size of the temple (or rope) can be adjusted. (At a nearby eyeglass shop) Although the condition has been carefully examined, there are scratches and scuffs as this is a vintage product. Please purchase after understanding the characteristics of vintage and antique. All of our eyeglasses are maintained and lens exchanged at g room, an eyewear store in Ebisu, Tokyo.
