1960s vintage [Tart Optical Enterprises Inc.] glasses. Tarto Optical was founded in New York in 1948 and took advantage of the self-frame trend that began at that time to become popular, but since it lasted only about half a century, it has a small number of balls even in the vintage market and is a sophisticated frame that can be said to be an eternal standard.
