[US ARMY] Type M-1951 Parka. A fishtail parka for the U.S. ground forces to protect against the extreme cold, following the previous M48 that was adopted in the 1950s. In the 1960s, many surplus items arrived in Britain, and young people who loved mod culture started wearing them, and they came to be called mod parkas. Compared to the later model 65 parka, it has an integrated hood, has epaulets, and is made of cotton nylon satin fabric with a strong yellowish tone. This is a product from 1956, and although it has aged, it is in good condition considering its age and is a rare piece. This item comes with a liner and is size S for a clean silhouette. When I took the photo, I intentionally turned the liner back. In rare cases, there may be deterioration over time. Please check the photos and understand the vintage characteristics before purchasing.
