A 3D zip-up knit jacket made by COOGI from the 1990s.
It is said that American comedian Bill Cosby gained recognition after wearing a similar knit on a TV show in the 1980s. It was also worn by the late 90s rapper Notorious BIG, so its still a design thats rooted in street culture.
