These are American-made glasses from the early 1960s. Cats eye frames have been popular since the 1950s, and this is a rare design in which the temple angles are not too high, making it look neat when worn plainly, but also having some flaws that give you a sense of the culture of the time. We have new light colored grayish purple UV lenses installed. It has been inspected and maintained at an eyeglass store, and the size of the temples (or ropes) can be adjusted to adjust the degree of curvature. (At your local eyeglass store) We have carefully inspected the condition, but as it is a vintage item, there may be scuffs and scratches. Please understand the characteristics of vintage and antique items before purchasing. All of our glasses are maintained and lenses replaced at G Room, an eyeglass store in Ebisu, Tokyo.
