These are vintage glasses from Tart Optical Enterprises Inc. from the 1960s. Tart Optical was founded in New York in 1948 and became popular after taking advantage of the cell frame trend that began at that time, but it only lasted about half a century, so the number of glasses in the vintage market is small, and the sophisticated frames that can be said to be eternal classics are often reproduced, making them a valuable pair.
