These are vintage Bausch & Lomb glasses from the 1960s. They are one of the three major eyeglass manufacturers in the United States and have a history of over 150 years, but they have not made eyeglasses since B&L Ray-Ban, so their vintage frames are rare. These are the iconic cross-hinge horn rim safety glasses from Bausch & Lomb. These safety glasses were used in factories, but the horned silhouette gives them a more mannish look than other manufacturers. This item has become completely hard to find in recent years, and the olive clear color that is typical of America at the time is sophisticated, and it comes with a box, making it a valuable pair of glasses. New ultra-thin colored UV lenses have been inserted. Appraisal and maintenance have been completed at an eyeglass store. The temples (or rope handles) can be adjusted to the desired bend (at your local eyeglass store). Although the condition has been carefully examined, as this is a vintage product, there may be scratches and other marks. Please understand the characteristics of vintage and antique items before purchasing. All of our glasses are maintained and lens replaced at g room, an eyeglass store in Ebisu, Tokyo.
Lens height: 36
Lens width: 46
Bridge width: 20
Frame width (from temple corner to temple corner): 132
Temple size: 5 1/2 - actual length 14.5cm
