[ALVISTA] 7th issue Vol 1. 2025SS Trousers based on an item that is thought to have been tailor-made in the 1950s. A piped stem silhouette that falls straight from the hips to the hem. A gusset is placed in the crotch area to eliminate the difficulty of moving the legs up and down, which is common with thick pants, and this gusset creates a three-dimensional effect at the crotch, creating a clean line without any bulk even with a deep crotch. The belt loops at the waist are made using a tunnel using tucks/darts, which is time-consuming to create a clean look around the waist, and the appearance when the belt is passed through is unique and beautiful. The back of the waist and the bag cloth are made of light moleskin made of cotton and linen with a nice texture. The front zipper uses a Talon zipper with an emphasis on the sense of the era and the atmosphere, and the slider top uses a type commonly known as a bar Talon. This item is made with a special fabric made by our store.

: Gabardine fabric made with 60/2 strong twist yarn for both warp and weft. Cold mercerization, which is not used much these days due to its poor efficiency, gives the fabric tension and a natural luster over time at low temperatures, and chintz processing, which applies pressure to the fabric with heated rollers to increase the luster, and special auxiliary processing are combined to create a unique luster and firmness. Furthermore, tumbler processing is applied to the finish to add a natural washed feel to the beautiful luster of the fabric, giving it a sophisticated look.
